Billing
Ghaymah is pay-as-you-go: you’re billed by the hour for the resources you actually run — apps, databases, and storage — with no long-term commitments. You can see everything on the Usage & Billing page in the dashboard.

| Plan | What you get |
|---|---|
| Free | One free server (a g3.small instance) — enough to try things out |
| Paid | Add a payment method to deploy more servers, databases, and S3 buckets |
When you’re ready to scale beyond the free allowance, add a payment method and you’re charged only for what you use.
How billing works
Section titled “How billing works”Usage is metered per hour and rolled up monthly:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current run-rate | What you’re spending right now, per hour |
| Accrued this month | Total accumulated this billing period |
| Billing period | The current month being billed |
Each resource type is priced by its tier — for example, a server on the g3.small tier has a
set hourly rate. Sizing your apps up or down (see
Resource tiers) changes the hourly rate accordingly.
Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”Ghaymah supports card payments and local payment methods:
- Card — add a card directly on the billing page.
- Vodafone Cash and other local methods — send your payment to the number shown on the billing page, then confirm with the Ghaymah team to activate your plan.
